ASSOCIATE CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Role Description.
The resource will be placed as a VAT-registered employee in a team setting and will follow a “cross-training” program for the purpose of modeling the technical and scientific knowledge acquired.
Duties
- Ability to interact with relevant figures: public agencies, general contractors, project managers, co-designers, technical specialists, and clients.
- Team drafting of building applications in support of PdC, SCIA Art. 23, Art. 22 and building applications according to DPR 380/2001 and ss.mm.ii.
- Team drafting of preliminary, final and executive designs using BIM methodology, including graphical drawings, metric calculations, tender specifications.
- Supporting the Construction Management team with site inspections and drafting of meeting/site supervisory.
- Ability to read construction drawings related to construction site phases and progress.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Construction Engineering, Building Engineering-Architecture, Civil Engineering, Architecture, design-related degrees, or Diploma of Surveyor.
- Knowledge of Title D.lgs 81/2008.
- Ability to research, read and apply building codes and local sanitation regulations.
- Knowledge of the Office suite.
- Knowledge of REVIT and Autocad 2D/3D software.
- Willingness to work in a team.
